We are now seeing an increase in performance issues once again, specifically around creating new projects and assemblies. We have identified the backend component responsible for these issues and are working on steps to mitigate.

We have identified one issue and have implemented a fix. This has improved the performance of our backends but we are still working on fixing some remaining issues. We are downgrading this to a partial outage at this point as we continue to work on it.
